Orange County Equality Coalition

At the LGBT Center OC, all members and allies of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender community of Orange County join together in a network of support and unity. Our life-affirming programs focus on empowerment, and our advocacy efforts focus on speaking out against hate and discrimination. We exist so that every segment of the LGBT population of Orange County has the resources needed to thrive in their own lives and communities.

The Center engages, empowers and advocates to achieve a more equitable society and fosters an ever-improving quality of life for the LGBTQ community.

The UC Irvine Health Pediatric Gender Diversity Program offers Orange County's only interdisciplinary program dedicated to caring for transgender and gender-expansive children, teens and young adults.

An all-inclusive transgender support group which provides support to anyone who is transgender, a family member or spouse, friend, ally, or just wants to understand.

PFLAG is working to make sure that all people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer are not only valued by society, but take pride in and value themselves. We do this through providing peer-to-peer support, educating people on the issues that are important to the community, and advocating for inclusive policies and laws.

Provides a support system and education to families and friends of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered people. The program aims to inform, encourage and support family members as they accept their child's newly shared sexuality.

We are a Los Angeles based family support group creating a positive environment for children, adolescents and their families to explore issues of gender identity.

Working with the community, we promote optimal health for all who live, work, and play in Orange County through assessment and planning, education and services, policy development, and regulatory activities.
